Tenuta Sant’Ilario is an exclusive holiday farm, a real corner of paradise located in Gambassi Terme, along the historic Via Francigena. It is immersed in nature, but with easy connections to the major sites of interest in Tuscany, such as the spa regions and art cities.

THE ESTATE
The estate has 62 hectares with vineyards, olive groves, arable land and centuries-old woods. Three small villages can be found on the estate: Cabbialla, Cabbiallina and Casetta, linked via a series of roads and paths.
Lingering over everything is the richness of the great history, as all the structures stem from the expert restoration of an ancient 12th century fortress.
More than twenty years ago now, Franca and Andrea decided to buy Tenuta Sant’Ilario and create an estate par excellence, injecting new life into production (wine, olive oil) and into a welcome for those seeking a romantic stay in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.
HOSPITALITY
The accommodation options for guests, all with sophisticated and elegant furnishings, offer maximum comfort and are created with a special focus on respect for Tuscan architectural tradition: stone walls, wooden beams, and floors in terracotta and wood.
For their stay, guests can choose from the comfortable rooms in the B&B, splendid apartments with kitchen, lounge and private garden, or one of the exclusive villas with kitchen, lounge and garden with private pool.
Last but not least, the estate has expansive flowering gardens and pools where you can enjoy peaceful moments, a vacation of complete relaxation.
